ALL VALLEY COMP

Corvallis Athletics CrossFit is a veteran owned and veteran supported establishment who
has partnered up with Montana Vet Program for the 2nd year and will be hosting the annual “All
Valley Competition” to help bring camaraderie and fitness together from surrounding areas. The
competition will also help raise awareness and money for the Montana Vet Program. The All-
Valley Comp. is for all fitness levels to compete in one of the following categories: 

Rx athletes

Intermediate Athletes

Beginner Athletes.

Our workouts will be Hero Wods in honor of those who have sacrificed for us.

There will also be:
silent auction - raffle prizes - bounce house for the kids -  masseuse - physical therapist - MVP staff

$180.00/team

You don’t have to work out to hang out so please come and support the athletes and Montana Vet Program.
